Refund and Cancellation Policy

By placing an order or booking a service, you confirm that you have had a reasonable opportunity to read this Refund and Cancellation Policy and these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to them, you should not place an order or make a booking.

This Refund and Cancellation Policy and these Terms and Conditions should be read together with any product-specific terms, your booking confirmation and our Privacy Policy. If there is a conflict between these general Terms and Conditions and any product-specific terms, the product-specific terms will apply to the extent of the conflict.

Nothing in this Refund and Cancellation Policy or these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits any statutory rights or remedies that you may have under applicable UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

We may charge an administration fee for services purchased from EasyPass Driving School. Once we receive your order, we may begin processing your booking immediately, including reserving dates and times, allocating an instructor and committing availability.

By booking a service, you agree to the applicable cancellation and refund terms set out in these Terms and Conditions, subject to any statutory rights you may have under applicable UK law.

Cancellation Within 24 Hours

You may request cancellation within 24 hours of booking by emailing:

Where a cancellation request is received within 24 hours of booking, EasyPass Driving School will refund the amount paid, less any administration charge that is permitted by law and is fair and proportionate to the reasonable costs or losses incurred as a result of the cancellation.

Any applicable administration charge is intended to reflect reasonable costs associated with processing the booking, reserving dates and times, allocating an instructor and committing availability.

If the service is due to start within the 24-hour period, services may already have commenced or costs may have been incurred. Any refund will then be dealt with in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the booking.

Changes After 24 Hours

After the 24-hour period, requests to cancel, postpone, transfer or change a course will be considered in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and applicable law.

There is no automatic right to transfer a service to another date. Any request to change the dates or times is subject to availability and any conditions communicated by EasyPass Driving School at the time.

Cancellation After Commencement

If you cancel, discontinue or fail to attend after the service has commenced, any refund will be considered in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, the services already provided and applicable law.

As the dates and times for an intensive or weekend course are reserved specifically for you, EasyPass Driving School may be unable to resell or reallocate any remaining dates and times. This may affect the amount of any refund that is available, subject to your statutory rights.
