DRIVING LESSONS, INTENSIVE COURSES OR SERVICES

We charge an administration fee for the services You Buy from Us. When We receive Your Order We start working on Your order immediately. You agree to the following Admin Fee and refund policy when you book any of the following services from Us and wish to cancel within 14 days from purchase.

Driving Lessons

  • Six Hours £240.00 | Admin Fee £20.00 | Your Refund £220.00

Block Bookings

  • Ten Hours £390.00 | Admin Fee £35.00 | Your Refund £355.00

ONCE YOUR DRIVING LESSONS OR SERVICES HAVE STARTED OR TAKEN PLACE 

You agree that If Your driving lessons/services have started or taken place and You wish to cancel Your lessons/services with Us, You will not be entitled to a refund. We will keep Your lessons/services on your account for a period of six months from date of purchase. If You fail to complete Your lessons/services within that 6-month period, You will no longer be eligible to take the lessons/services and won’t be entitled to a refund.

In the event that you have taken any of your lessons you will not be eligible for a refund. 

DRIVING LESSONS, BLOCK BOOKINGS 

You agree that You must give 2 working days’ notice direct to your driving instructor, to cancel or re-arrange a driving lesson. Failure to give 2 working days’ notice, will result in your instructor charging you the full amount for that driving lesson.

You also agree, that if You book a driving lesson within the 2 working days’ notice period, You will be unable to cancel this lesson or re-arrange it without charge.

DRIVING INSTRUCTOR TRAINING COURSE

You agree that You will not be able to cancel or reschedule any of Your driving instructor training lessons once they have been booked with Your instructor trainer. You also agree that Our standard 2 working days’ notice does not apply to Our driving instructor training course. 

YOUR INTENSIVE DRIVING COURSE OR SERVICES HAVE BEEN BOOKED IN, STARTED, TAKEN PLACE 

You agree that once You have booked Your intensive lessons onto Your Instructors diary, You will not be entitled to a refund. Once you have booked your lessons with your instructor, you are fully committed to completing these and if for any reason a lesson is changed or cancelled, the lesson fee will be deducted from your account. Our standard 2 working days cancellation policy does not apply to intensive driving courses. Once your lessons are booked in with your instructor you are unable to change driving instructors at any point during your driving course. 

In the event that you have taken any of your lessons you will not be eligible for a refund. 

INTENSIVE DRIVING COURSES

You agree that You will not be able to cancel or reschedule any of Your intensive driving lessons once they have been booked with Your instructor. You also agree that Our 2 working days’ notice policy does not apply to intensive driving courses.
